¡BUSCAMOS TEAM LEADER DE CALL CENTER!

Estamos buscando incorporar un/a Team Leader de Call Center para liderar un equipo comercial y acompañarlo en el cumplimiento de sus objetivos.
Buscamos una persona con iniciativa, personalidad y orientación a resultados, que pueda convertirse en un verdadero referente para su equipo .
¿CUÁL VA A SER TU DESAFÍO?
Vas a estar al frente de un equipo de operadores, acompañando su desempeño diario y trabajando para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales del sector.
Entre tus principales responsabilidades estarán:
- Realizar seguimiento y coaching individual y grupal . • Capacitar y brindar herramientas para mejorar el desempeño comercial. • Acompañar al equipo en el cumplimiento de objetivos diarios, semanales y mensuales. • Detectar dificultades y trabajar sobre oportunidades de mejora. • Motivar al equipo y generar estrategias para potenciar sus resultados. • Resolver situaciones que puedan surgir durante la gestión diaria. • Realizar tareas administrativas y reportes correspondientes a Supervisión.

Valoramos especialmente perfiles que disfruten trabajar con objetivos, desarrollar personas y buscar constantemente nuevas formas de mejorar los resultados.
⏰ MODALIDAD DE TRABAJO
Presencial Horario: 14 a 21 hs
