Cyber Security Project Leader - IAM Shipping

Como Cyber Security Project Leader en Mercado Libre, diseñarás y escalarás sistemas innovadores y seguros que resuelven problemas reales y de alto impacto. Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico con tecnología de vanguardia, aplicando buenas prácticas de ingeniería, modelos de IA propios y aprendizaje continuo, con el propósito de democratizar el comercio electrónico y los servicios financieros en América Latina.
Imagináte emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y siendo responsable de:
- Liderar el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones de autenticación y autorización para usuarios internos y externos de Mercado Envíos, garantizando la seguridad, disponibilidad y continuidad operativa.
- Definir y gestionar OKRs y KPIs alineados a la estrategia de IAM y Seguridad Informática, implementando políticas y estándares para un ecosistema de más de 130.000 identidades.
- Coordinar iniciativas con múltiples áreas como Negocio, IT Shipping e IS Shipping, construyendo acuerdos de trabajo que permitan ejecutar proyectos con foco en el usuario final.
- Gestionar el desarrollo y evolución de herramientas y procesos de IAM, incorporando automatización inteligente e iniciativas basadas en IA que mejoren la experiencia de los usuarios de Shipping.
¿Qué buscamos en vos?
- Contar con experiencia liderando proyectos o iniciativas transversales con múltiples stakeholders y alto impacto en la operación.
- Tener conocimiento del área de logística, comprendiendo los principales casos de uso operativos y sus problemáticas recurrentes.
- Poseer experiencia técnica que permita liderar conversaciones de arquitectura y diseño, incluyendo desarrollo de APIs REST y lenguajes como Python, MySQL, Flask o Node.js.
- Contar con sólida comprensión de los principios de Seguridad de la Información y su aplicación en el contexto de Identity & Access Management.
