About the Role: Sagan is hiring experienced executive, personal and virtual assistants to support US-based executives and teams. These roles suit people who take ownership of schedules, communication, administration and follow-through. Your experience will be matched to relevant client roles, with specific responsibilities confirmed for each opportunity. Position Overview: As an assistant, you will help executives and teams keep their work organized and moving. Some roles focus on executive calendars, inboxes and personal logistics. Others need administrative support, accurate records or day-to-day coordination. You do not need to cover every specialty. Tell us which responsibilities you have owned and where you are strongest. Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar and inbox support: coordinate appointments across time zones, organize incoming messages and flag the items that need attention.
• Executive and personal assistance: arrange travel, reservations and reminders, and keep agreed priorities and follow-ups visible.
• General administration: prepare and organize documents, meeting notes, reports and shared files.
• Data and records: enter and check information in spreadsheets, databases and CRMs, and keep records current.
• Communication and coordination: respond professionally to routine requests, follow up on outstanding information and keep the relevant people informed.
• Task follow-through: track deadlines, surface problems early and close the loop on work you own.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in executive, personal, virtual or administrative support.
• Clear written and spoken English, careful attention to detail and professional handling of confidential information.
• Practical experience with the productivity tools used in your work, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• The ability to explain how you organize priorities, check records and follow through without repeated reminders.
• For the tracks you select, examples of the responsibilities you have personally handled.

Nice-to-Haves: Experience supporting US-based executives or teams; familiarity with project-management or CRM tools; and experience in the industries you have supported.
