Overview
Buscamos un AI Engineer Senior para diseñar, implementar y evolucionar soluciones basadas en Inteligencia Artificial Generativa, asistentes inteligentes, arquitecturas RAG y automatización de procesos. La posición será responsable de desarrollar capacidades de IA aplicadas a procesos de negocio, análisis documental, explotación de datos y soluciones inteligentes alineadas con la arquitectura tecnológica definida.
Responsibilities
- Diseñar e implementar asistentes inteligentes y soluciones basadas en IA generativa.
- Desarrollar y optimizar prompts, contexto, reglas de negocio y comportamiento de agentes.
- Diseñar e implementar arquitecturas RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), estrategias de chunking y mecanismos de consulta sobre corpus documentales.
- Integrar modelos de IA con sistemas empresariales, APIs, fuentes de datos y herramientas internas.
- Implementar casos de uso de IA enfocados en automatización, productividad y optimización de procesos.
- Participar en iniciativas de análisis documental, extracción e interpretación de información.
- Colaborar en soluciones de analítica avanzada, capacidades predictivas y detección de patrones.
- Evaluar la calidad, precisión, trazabilidad y comportamiento de modelos y asistentes inteligentes.
- Proponer mejoras continuas sobre arquitecturas, modelos y casos de uso.
- Trabajar con plataformas cloud de IA como Google Vertex AI, Gemini y tecnologías equivalentes.
Required Qualifications
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia profesional en desarrollo de software, ingeniería de datos, inteligencia artificial o disciplinas relacionadas.
- Experiencia comprobable implementando soluciones de IA Generativa en entornos productivos.
- Experiencia en Prompt Engineering y diseño conversacional.
- Experiencia diseñando e implementando arquitecturas RAG, embeddings y búsqueda semántica sobre corpus documentales.
- Experiencia integrando modelos de IA con APIs, servicios, sistemas empresariales y fuentes de datos.
- Dominio de Python.
- Conocimiento de arquitecturas Cloud, preferentemente Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experiencia utilizando servicios de IA como Gemini, Vertex AI, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI o tecnologías equivalentes.
- Capacidad para definir criterios de evaluación, calidad, precisión y trazabilidad de respuestas generadas por modelos de IA.
Contract Details
- Ubicación: Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires (CABA), Argentina.
- Modalidad: Híbrida.
- Presencialidad: 3 días por semana en la oficina.
- Tipo de contratación: Contractor.
- Jornada: Full-Time.
- Horario: Lunes a Viernes, 09:00 a 18:00 (Argentina).
- Duración estimada: 6 a 12 meses.
