Cona Consultores is looking for a E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST for an important Telecommunications Company. This role will be responsible for online GTM control, product, activity, flow rate, content, service delivery and operation, or merchant management, have a strong sense of closed-loop management, and be able to work independently. Main tasks:
1. Online GTM control: Take charge of the delivery and operation of online GTM control for small- and medium-sized categories and ensure the implementation. Take charge of the basic insight and sales planning of online products, including analyzing daily sales data, monitoring the achievement of product goals, outputting weekly/monthly big data reports, conducting basic analysis, identifying issues, and tracking the improvement of owners.
2. Commodity sales and operations: Independently take charge of routine commodity sales and operations for a category or region, including but not limited to sales channel development, sales strategy formulation, platform/channel sales alignment, sales result follow-up, commodity management, inventory management, or warehouse and distribution management.
3. Activity operation: Independently take charge of the planning and overall project management of common marketing activities or promotion activities inside and outside the station in a module or region. 4. Flow rate operation: Independently obtain flow rate or operate flow rate based on the business features of the responsible module or region.
4. Content operations: Independently carry out content operations in different business scenarios such as routine and large-scale promotions based on the content marketing strategy and objectives, including but not limited to creative planning, cooperation development, data analysis, and infrastructure operations, and take responsibility for the content communication effect and sales guidance.
5. E-commerce service operation: Be able to independently implement a specific service improvement task based on the service operation solution and objective, including but not limited to service channel operation, sales consulting and customer service, e-commerce public opinion monitoring, and VOC and satisfaction management.
6. Merchant operation: Be able to independently take charge of the operation, management, or enablement of a certain merchant, including but not limited to introduction and expansion, hierarchical management of merchants, commodity appraisal and exit management, and implementation and execution of merchant enablement. Requirements:
-Bachelor´s degree or above, interested in the e-commerce industry
-E-commerce working experience
-Fluency in English
-Skilled in using excel, power point, word. Working address: Retiro
