IT Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to join our team at a leading manufacturing company in Greater Rosario, Argentina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our IT strategy and operations to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategic and operational plans, setting clear objectives

• Define, organize, and effectively manage IT department resources

• Lead the processes for updating and optimizing IT infrastructure and support based on company needs

• Establish guidelines for all hardware, software, and processes integrated into the IT infrastructure

• Integrate and implement global IT projects from headquarters at the local level

• Define and manage the IT budget

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager in a corporate environment

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure and operations

• Experience working with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO), particularly ISO 27000

• Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Desirable Skills:

• Project management experience

Knowledge and previous experience in industry environments like SCADA / ICS (Industrial Control Systems) / DCS (Distributed Control Systems), OT networks
