Business Developer Junior — Desarrollo de Negocios
¿De qué se trata el rol?
Buscamos una Business Developer Junior con ganas de desarrollarse en el mundo comercial B2B. El rol tiene impacto real desde el primer día: vas a ser parte activa de la estrategia de crecimiento de la empresa, generando y gestionando oportunidades comerciales con marcas y empresas del mundo retail y construcción.
No es un rol de atención al cliente ni de backoffice. Es un rol comercial de verdad, donde vas a salir a buscar clientes, generar reuniones y hacer crecer la cartera de la empresa.
¿Qué vas a hacer?
- Prospección activa y contacto con potenciales clientes
- Seguimiento de oportunidades comerciales hasta el cierre
- Participación en reuniones y presentaciones comerciales
- Gestión y actualización de base de datos y CRM
- Coordinación con el equipo para el cumplimiento de objetivos

- Buena presencia y comunicación verbal — es clave para el rol
- Perfil comercial con energía, iniciativa y orientación a resultados
- Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar con autonomía
- Ganas genuinas de aprender y crecer en el mundo del desarrollo de negocios
- Se valorará experiencia previa en ventas o atención al cliente
- Se valorará movilidad propia

- Buena presencia y comunicación verbal

- Manejo básico de herramientas digitales (WhatsApp, mail, Excel)
- Disponibilidad full time
- Se valorará experiencia previa en ventas o atención al cliente

- Sueldo fijo + comisiones sin techo por resultados
