Buscamos un/a Maintenance Manager con formación en Ingeniería Electromecánica, Mecánica, Eléctrica o Industrial, para liderar el área de mantenimiento dentro de una operación industrial.

Responsabilidades principales:
Diseñar, planificar y ejecutar el plan de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
Definir máquinas, procesos y repuestos críticos para asegurar la continuidad operativa.
Gestionar indicadores clave del área (MTTR, MTBF, disponibilidad, eficiencia).
Liderar al equipo de mantenimiento, promoviendo el desarrollo de capacidades técnicas.
Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua y mantenimiento autónomo.
Coordinar intervenciones técnicas, asegurando estándares de seguridad, calidad y eficiencia.
Gestionar el presupuesto del área y optimizar recursos disponibles
Requisitos:
Experiencia en posiciones similares (mín. 5 años).
Formación en Ingeniería (excluyente).
Experiencia liderando equipos de mantenimiento.
Conocimientos en procesos industriales y gestión de mantenimiento.
Manejo de Excel avanzado.
Inglés (deseable).

Conocimientos en sistemas de gestión integrados (Calidad, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente).
Experiencia en TPM o metodologías de mejora continua.
Conocimientos en sistemas industriales y mantenimiento técnico (eléctrico, mecánico, hidráulico).
