¿CÓMO ES EL DÍA A DÍA DE LA POSICIÓN?
- Coordinar la ejecución de programas de capacitación virtuales y presenciales, asegurando el cumplimiento de calendarios, actividades y objetivos.
- Gestionar webinars y sesiones de aprendizaje online de punta a punta, incluyendo planificación, logística, coordinación de facilitadores y seguimiento posterior.
- Administrar la plataforma LMS, gestionando cursos, inscripciones, accesos, actualizaciones y seguimiento de la participación de los usuarios.
- Coordinar la comunicación con participantes y áreas involucradas para garantizar una experiencia de aprendizaje fluida y efectiva.
- Monitorear métricas de capacitación, asistencia, participación y satisfacción, elaborando reportes y detectando oportunidades de mejora.
- Identificar e implementar mejoras en procesos, documentación y procedimientos para optimizar la eficiencia operativa.
- Brindar soporte administrativo y operativo a las iniciativas de Learning & Development, asegurando la continuidad del servicio y una experiencia positiva para los usuarios. TENEMOS UN DESAFÍO PARA QUIENES
- Posean título universitario en carreras afines
- Cuenten con 2 y 4 años de experiencia relevante en operaciones de capacitación, administración de formación, coordinación de programas o roles similares.
- Posean Experiencia trabajando con equipos de Estados Unidos o globales, o dentro de un entorno de Servicios Compartidos (altamente valorada).
- Cuenten con experiencia trabajando con datos operativos, reportes, herramientas de seguimiento o documentación de procesos.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office. Se valorará experiencia con LMS, Zoom, Smartsheet y otras plataformas de aprendizaje o seguimiento.
- Nivel avanzado de inglés (c1, c2) TRANSFORMA TU TALENTO CON NUESTRA PROPUESTA
