IT Field Support Sr.
En Randstad Digital nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a IT Field Support Sr. para sumarse a un importante cliente.
Principales Responsabilidades:
Continuidad operativa: Garantizar la continuidad operativa de la infraestructura tecnológica, servidores, Data Center, redes Wi-Fi y puestos de trabajo.
Soporte técnico: Brindar soporte técnico de segundo nivel (N2) a usuarios/as de planta y oficinas sobre M365, SAP y herramientas corporativas.
Gestión de equipos: Gestionar la configuración, alta/baja (onboarding/offboarding) de equipos informáticos y dispositivos especializados (impresoras Zebra, colectores Honeywell).
Gestión de activos: Administrar el inventario de activos IT y coordinar escalaciones con proveedores/as o equipos globales.
Mejora continua: Impulsar mejoras continuas y promover las mejores prácticas de seguridad, gestión de tickets y calidad operativa.
¿Qué buscamos?
Formación: Universitario/a graduado/a o estudiante avanzado/a en Ingeniería en Sistemas o carreras afines (deseable).
Experiencia: 3 a 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de IT Field Support o Soporte On-Site.
Idiomas: Nivel de inglés intermedio/avanzado (B2+).
Conocimientos técnicos: Experiencia en soporte de herramientas Microsoft 365, SAP y conocimientos de redes/telecomunicaciones.
Valorados: Valoramos especialmente la experiencia previa en plantas industriales y/o certificaciones como Cisco CCNA.
Condiciones de Contratación y Ubicación:
Ubicación: Mar del Plata, Provincia de Buenos Aires.
Jornada laboral: Lunes a viernes.
Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial en sitio.
