¡Sumate al equipo de Recruiting de C&S!
En C&S estamos buscando incorporar un/a Recruiter Trainee que quiera dar sus primeros pasos profesionales y desarrollarse dentro del mundo de Recruiting & Talent Acquisition .
Buscamos estudiantes avanzados/as o recién graduados/as de las carreras de Psicología, Recursos Humanos o afines , con inglés avanzado , mucha proactividad, curiosidad y ganas de aprender. La asistencia a oficinac es hibrida en CABA.
¿Qué vas a hacer?
• Participar en procesos de selección de punta a punta.
• Realizar hunting y búsqueda de candidatos en diferentes plataformas.
• Publicar y gestionar avisos laborales.
• Realizar screening de CVs y primeros contactos con candidatos.
• Participar progresivamente en entrevistas.
• Colaborar con búsquedas de perfiles IT y especializados.
• Acompañar al equipo en nuevos proyectos y desafíos de Recruiting.
¿Qué buscamos?
• Estudiante avanzado/a o recién graduado/a de Psicología, Recursos Humanos o carreras afines .
• Inglés avanzado , oral y escrito.
• Interés por desarrollarse en Recruiting y Talent Acquisition.
• Proactividad e iniciativa.
• Muy buenas habilidades de comunicación y organización.
• Ganas de aprender, asumir nuevos desafíos y crecer profesionalmente.
• Valoramos especialmente una actitud dinámica y orientación al trabajo en equipo.
