About the role :

The Onboarding Coordinator will ensure a seamless onboarding experience for newly hired employees while partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and candidates. This role supports high-volume hiring across technical and commercial organizations and plays a critical role in ensuring new hires are ready to start successfully. Our Associate Onboarding Coordinator is accountable for :

•    Coordinate all onboarding activities from offer acceptance through start date. 

•    Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires. 

•    Schedule onboarding sessions and orientation activities. 

•    Monitor completion of background checks, documentation, and pre-employment requirements. 

•    Coordinate equipment requests and system access where applicable. 

•    Track onboarding milestones and ensure deadlines are met. 

•    Communicate regularly with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams. 

•    Maintain accurate onboarding records within the client's systems. 

• Resolve onboarding issues proactively while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience: 2+ years supporting recruiting operations or onboarding.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding activities simultaneously. 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
• High attention to detail. 
• Ability to work independently within established processes. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting global or remote workforces. 
• Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms. 
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese.
