Libertex Group busca un Recruiter proactivo para liderar procesos de reclutamiento de principio a fin en nuestra sede de Argentina. Coordinarás con equipos y stakeholders para atraer talento de diversas funciones y asegurar una experiencia positiva para candidatos y nuevos empleados.
El rol se enfoca en optimizar descripciones de puestos, analizar mercado laboral y gestionar onboarding. Se valorará inglés avanzado y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión en un entorno fintech global.
