Reportando a la Jefatura de Compras , sus principales responsabilidades serán:
- Definir e implementar la estrategia de compras para las categorías MRO y CAPEX, asegurando el abastecimiento de bienes y servicios críticos para la operación.
- Gestionar procesos de compra de equipos industriales, bienes de capital, repuestos y servicios de mantenimiento.
- Liderar negociaciones comerciales y contractuales con proveedores nacionales e internacionales, desarrollando relaciones de largo plazo.
- Realizar visitas periódicas a planta para conocer la operación, relevar necesidades y fortalecer el vínculo con los clientes internos.
Orientamos la búsqueda a profesionales graduados de Ingeniería, Administración, Comercio Exterior o carreras afines, con al menos 3 años de experiencia en posiciones de Category Management, Strategic Sourcing o Compras Estratégicas, preferentemente en empresas de consumo masivo o industrias manufactureras.Se valorarán perfiles con capacidad analítica y de negociación, visión estratégica, autonomía, proactividad y excelentes habilidades de relacionamiento. Inglés intermedio conversacional excluyente.
