Senior Local Trial Manager (Sponsor dedicated)

IQVIA seeks a Senior Local Trial Manager in Buenos Aires to oversee clinical trial delivery for sponsor-dedicated projects in Argentina. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, managing recruitment targets, leading clinical teams, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders throughout the trial lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Ensure clinical delivery compliance with regulatory, contractual, and internal requirements
- Manage recruitment strategies and monitor progress against enrollment targets
- Develop and monitor clinical quality standards and risk mitigation plans
- Oversee project finances and manage clinical team resourcing and talent planning
- Lead regular team meetings and communicate with internal/external stakeholders on project progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or scientific discipline
- 5+ years clinical research or monitoring experience
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken/written) and advanced English proficiency
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research regulations
- Understanding of project management practices and clinical trial conduct
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
