Are you passionate about email marketing, coding, and client relationships? At VML, part of WPP, we’re looking for a Campaign Specialist to own and execute email marketing campaigns from start to finish. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, a great communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What you’ll do:

• Be the main point of contact for email campaigns, managing the entire lifecycle—from client brief to deployment.
• Own campaign schedules, manage timelines, and communicate proactively with clients about status, risks, and approvals.
• Code responsive HTML/CSS emails, ensuring best practices and accessibility standards are met.
• Conduct thorough QA and testing to guarantee flawless rendering across devices.
• Set up, configure, and deploy campaigns using Salesforce and other email marketing platforms.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing multiple campaigns and shifting priorities.

What we’re looking for:

• Technical skills : Proficiency in hand-coding responsive HTML/CSS for email and familiarity with email testing tools.
• Email marketing experience : Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce and campaign configuration.
• Project management : Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage concurrent campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented mindset : Commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
• People skills : Exceptional communication and ability to manage client expectations.
