Account Executive – Retail (Latam)

Workstyle: Full-time, Office based

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina – Must work full-time on site, 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performing sales team.
• Create, implement, and optimize effective account strategies.
• Drive regional sales initiatives across the LATAM market, not only Argentina.
• Demonstrate strong financial acumen and business insights to support decision‑making.
• Negotiate with and manage enterprise-level client relationships.
• Analyze and interpret sales and performance data to inform business direction.
• Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams across the organization.
• Present, communicate, and interact effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Perform successfully under pressure and consistently meet client expectations.
• Guide deal structuring and support the management of large, complex accounts.
• Share best practices and support the development of junior Account Executives.
• Apply knowledge of SaaS sales and POS systems throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in enterprise or B2B environments.
• Mandatory experience in the retail industry.
• Proven experience in selling SaaS solutions.
• Experience working across the LATAM region.
• Familiarity with POS systems (implementation, sales, or usage).
• Proficiency in relevant CRM and sales software.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent leadership and team development capabilities.
• Ability to build and implement effective account strategies.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret performance data.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage demanding client expectations.
