Agencia independiente regional en crecimiento busca una persona experta en Content Community para unirse a nuestro equipo en agencia regional independiente, atendiendo cuentas del sector Tecnología. Esta posición es ideal para quienes buscan desarrollar e implementar estrategias de crecimiento y engagement en comunidad digital, colaborando con marcas líderes de tecnología. Quien se integre será responsable de construir, dinamizar y gestionar comunidades online, impulsando el alcance orgánico, la conversación de marca y la relación con usuarios clave en el ecosistema digital.
Responsabilidades – Community Management y Estrategia de Contenidos para Tecnología
- Diseñar, calendarizar y ejecutar planes de contenido innovadores para redes sociales, blogs, foros y plataformas propias de clientes de tecnología.
- Gestionar comunidades digitales con enfoque en engagement sostenible, interacción genuina y posicionamiento de marca.
- Monitorizar conversaciones relevantes sobre tendencias, productos, competencia e insights tech, generando reportes accionables para el equipo y clientes.
- Responder mensajes, comentarios y consultas con tono y guía de marca, fomentando relaciones positivas y resolviendo dudas en tiempo y forma.
- Identificar oportunidades para acciones con influencers, partnerships y embajadores/as de marca del sector tecnología.
- Colaborar con equipos creativos, de diseño y cuentas para alinear la voz digital, briefing de piezas y optimización del journey de usuario/a online.
- Analizar métricas clave de comunidad: crecimiento, engagement, share of voice, NPS y percepción de marca, proponiendo mejoras continuas.
- Participar en sesiones estratégicas regionales para idear acciones de innovación y engagement en comunidades tecnológicas latinoamericanas.
Requisitos Clave – Gestión de Comunidad, Content y Tecnología
- Experiencia comprobable (mínimo 2 años) en community management, growth de audiencias online o gestión de comunidades tecnológicas.
- Conocimiento avanzado de plataformas digitales: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn y herramientas de gestión como Sprout, Hootsuite o similares.
- Capacidad para redactar, curar y adaptar contenidos de tecnología a diferentes tonos y audiencias.
- Comprensión sólida de tendencias tech, cultura digital, foros especializados (Reddit, Discord) y principales actores/influencers del sector.
- Forsight estratégico para crisis, manejo de comentarios complejos y activaciones digitales bajo presión.
- Inglés intermedio (deseable B2+) para acceder a fuentes/recursos internacionales y gestionar comunidades bilingües.
- Colaboración multidisciplinaria, proactividad y pasión por la comunicación en ecosistema tecnológico.
