Senior Travel Consultant - Corporate and Luxury Travel After Hours

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Senior Travel Consultant con sólida experiencia en operaciones de viajes corporativos y leisure premium, para sumarse a un equipo internacional en crecimiento.
La posición estará orientada a brindar continuidad operativa en extensión horaria , gestionando reservas complejas, cambios, reemisiones y atención a clientes de alta exigencia, acompañando la operación fuera del horario central de oficina.
Trabajará en articulación con el equipo de operaciones y el equipo de urgencias, colaborando en momentos de alta demanda y asegurando una experiencia de servicio de nivel internacional.
Misión del puestoBrindar soporte operativo y comercial en extensión horaria, garantizando una atención ágil, resolutiva y de excelencia para clientes corporate y leisure luxury, contribuyendo a la continuidad del negocio y a la optimización del equipo global.
️ Responsabilidades-
Gestionar reservas aéreas y servicios terrestres mediante Amadeus en modo críptico .

Realizar emisiones, reemisiones, cancelaciones y cambios complejos.

Brindar atención de excelencia a clientes corporativos, VIP y cuentas globales.

Resolver situaciones operativas con autonomía, criterio y foco en el cliente.

Dar continuidad a la operación fuera del horario de oficina de Miami.
-
Colaborar con el equipo en momentos de alta demanda operativa.
-
Priorizar requerimientos según criticidad e impacto en el viaje del cliente.
-
Mantener comunicación fluida con proveedores internacionales.
-
Experiencia comprobable en posiciones similares (corporate travel / agencias / TMC).
-
Dominio avanzado de Amadeus en modo críptico (emisiones, reemisiones, cambios complejos).

Inglés avanzado oral y escrito.
-
Perfil altamente resolutivo, con capacidad de toma de decisiones.

Lunes a Viernes: 16:00 – 23:00 | Sábado: 10:00 – 18:00 : HORA MIAMI

Experiencia en segmentos corporate travel , luxury travel o clientes VIP .

Manejo de cuentas globales o ejecutivas.

Experiencia en itinerarios complejos o grupos.
