Buscamos un/a Coordinador/a de Marketing con perfil generalista, dinámica/o y con mucha energía para sumarse a nuestro equipo en LATAM. Alguien que disfrute moverse entre distintas áreas del marketing —eventos, redes sociales, mailing y contenidos— y que se sienta cómodo/a en entornos cambiantes y diversos. Si te entusiasma ejecutar, aprender rápido y ser parte de algo que escala, este rol es para vos. ¿QUÉ VAS A HACER?
- Planear y ejecutar eventos online y offline, desde la logística hasta el seguimiento post-evento.
- Gestionar las redes sociales: publicaciones, comunidad y presencia de marca en la región.
- Diseñar y enviar campañas de email marketing: newsletters, invitaciones y flujos de nurturing.
- Crear y adaptar contenidos para distintos canales y audiencias de LATAM.
- Coordinar iniciativas con partners: webinars, eventos conjuntos y campañas de co-marketing.
- Medir resultados (leads, demos, conversiones) y reportar con claridad al equipo.
- Colaborar con los equipos de Ventas, Partnerships y Marketing global en el día a día.
- Perfil generalista con experiencia o interés genuino en marketing operativo y de contenidos.
- Alta energía y predisposición para manejar múltiples proyectos en simultáneo.
- Capacidad de adaptación a un entorno dinámico y diverso.
- Orientación al marketing como carrera de largo plazo —no como paso hacia otra área.
- Ganas de aprender, proponer y ejecutar sin esperar que todo esté definido.
