Contracts Engineer Sr

El objetivo del puesto es que se logren las Contrataciones requeridas por la Compañía dentro del tiempo y presupuesto requeridos, respetando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos, haciendo foco en una eficiencia de costos y en aportar valor agregado para los clientes internos (D&W, LOG y GGR). - Se requiere el desarrollo de conocimientos sólidos del marco comercial y contractual de servicios estratégicos para el sector, así como de su capacidad de respuesta, de relacionamiento interpersonal y negociación. - Contribuir activamente a la reducción de costos operativos mediante estrategias contractuales optimizadas - Asegurar disponibilidad de servicios críticos para operaciones - Aportar valor mediante análisis técnico-comercial que soporte decisiones de inversión Desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con proveedores clave y otros operadores del mercado.
Competencias técnicas requeridas para la posición:
Título universitario en ingeniería, ciencias económicas, abogacía y/o carrera universitaria afín. Profesional con experiencia al menos 5 años en el manejo de contratos de la industria petrolera. Dominio de herramientas informáticas en Supply Chain, tales como Ariba, AGORA y SAP (Módulo MM). Dominio paquete Microsoft Office (completo).
Competencias de comportamiento requeridas para la posición: -Negociación, Relaciones interpersonales, Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y para manejarse en un entorno interdisciplinario, Pensamiento analítico. Foco en el negocio, Capacidad de trabajo bajo presión y cumplimiento de deadlines,Standing. Capacidad de Comunicación (presentaciones al comité de contratos, presentación en SQMs, presentación a HQ, negociacón con proveedores, Expo AOG, etc)
Competencias lingüísticas requeridas para la posición: Inglés avanzado excluyente. Francés preferente, no mandatorio.
Conocimientos específicos necesarios para ocupar la posición: - Conocimiento de la industria O&G. - Políticas y Governance de Corporaciones de primer nivel. - Conocimiento de Supply Chain, COMEX y Logística - Especificaciones técnicas de servicios específicos O&G (rigs, fractura, procesamiento sísmico, barcos, helicópteros)
Nivel de experiencia requerido para la posición: Experiencia no menor a 5 años en el manejo de contratos de la industria petrolera
