About the Role We are seeking a talented, visually inventive Senior Graphic Designer (Social Media & Motion) to support organic and paid social media content production across a focused portfolio of 3 to 5 B2B tech and software accounts. Working directly alongside content managers, copywriters, strategists, and engagement managers, you will sit right in the center of the creative production process, turning creative briefs and brainstorms into eye-catching static and motion deliverables. Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Channel Social Media Production: Design high-performing, scroll-stopping static and animated assets for paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels.
• Static & Motion Deliverables: Create and edit creative assets from initial concepts and mood boards to final production ready deliverables, including multi slide carousels, infographics, short form animated clips, and video edits.
• Brand Consistency & Style Guides: Work seamlessly within established client brand guidelines across multiple accounts simultaneously, helping build out visual templates, design toolkits, and content style guides.
• Internal Pod Collaboration: Actively participate in creative brainstorms with copywriters and strategists, contributing original visual concepts and themes.
• Iterative Design & QA: Self-review all creative files for pixel-perfect detail and brand alignment before internal review; incorporate feedback smoothly from the Head of Creative and Engagement Managers.
• Performance Adaptation: Remix and optimize creative assets based on in-market performance metrics and audience engagement data.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a digital agency, advertising firm, or in-house creative team.
• B2B / Tech Visual Portfolio: A strong, professional portfolio showcasing relevant social media creative, including static carousels, typography, motion graphics, and short-form video work tailored for B2B tech, software, or corporate audiences.
• Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and motion/video tools (After Effects and/or Premiere Pro).
• Independent problem-solver who catches their own errors, follows brand guidelines meticulously, and thrives without day-to-day micromanagement.
• Receptive to subjective creative feedback, comfortable working in fast-moving agency workflows, and enthusiastic about teamwork and creative brainstorming.
• Strong written and verbal English communication to participate actively in internal Slack communications and creative syncs.
