Nos especializamos en modernización de sistemas, soluciones Cloud y proyectos de datos e IA, con foco en calidad técnica y trabajo directo con equipos cliente de alta exigencia. Para uno de nuestros principales clientes del mercado de capitales argentino, buscamos un/a Desarrollador/a Backend Java para sumarse a un proyecto estratégico enfocado en el desarrollo y evolución de un sistema de backoffice crítico para la operación diaria del negocio.
Responsabilidades
- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener servicios backend con Java y Spring Boot.
- Participar en el diseño de integraciones con sistemas externos.
- Colaborar en la definición técnica de nuevas funcionalidades junto al Tech Lead, Product Owner y stakeholders del cliente.
- Escribir código testeado, mantenible y documentado, siguiendo buenas prácticas de arquitectura.
- Participar en code reviews y contribuir a mejorar los estándares del equipo.
- Detectar y resolver incidentes de producción y realizar debugging en entornos con reglas de negocio complejas.
- Contribuir a la documentación técnica y funcional del sistema.
Requisitos
- 3 a 5 años de experiencia como desarrollador/a Backend Java.
- Experiencia sólida con Spring Boot (Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Web) en proyectos productivos.
- Experiencia sólida con PostgreSQL y SQL avanzado.
- Conocimientos de arquitectura de APIs REST y buenas prácticas de diseño de servicios.
- Experiencia escribiendo tests unitarios y de integración (JUnit, Mockito o equivalentes).
- Experiencia con Git y flujos de trabajo colaborativos (PRs, code reviews).
- Experiencia con Java 11, 17 o 25.
Deseable
- Experiencia previa en sistemas financieros, mercado de capitales, banca o fintech.
- Conocimientos básicos de conceptos de mercado de capitales (operaciones, liquidación, custodia, etc.).
- Familiaridad con AWS (servicios core de cómputo, almacenamiento y despliegue).
- Familiaridad con Docker.
