Analista de Compensaciones y Beneficios 📢 ¡En FAVA te estamos buscando! Estamos fortaleciendo nuestro equipo de Compensación y Beneficios y buscamos un/a profesional que aporte su sólida experiencia técnica y visión analítica para seguir optimizando nuestros procesos y acompañar el crecimiento de la organización. 🎯 Misión del Puesto Asegurar la correcta liquidación de sueldos, aportes y cargas sociales de la nómina interna, garantizando el cumplimiento estricto de la normativa legal vigente y aportando conocimiento técnico que contribuya a la mejora continua en el área de Personas y Cultura. 💼 ¿Cuáles serán tus desafíos? Liquidación integral de haberes, salarios, aguinaldo y cargas sociales, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente. Controlar y revisar procesos internos y presentaciones ante organismos (AFIP, ART, ANSES, sindicatos, obras sociales, etc.). Liquidar el Impuesto a las Ganancias (cuarta categoría) y apoyar mejoras en nuestro sistema de novedades interno. · Preparar reportes confiab
