Legal Operations Manager

About The Opportunity 

Netrix Global is seeking an experienced Legal  Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end customer contracting process and oversee the daily operations of the Contract Operations function. 

This role is responsible for ensuring customer contracts move efficiently through review, approval, execution, and operational handoff while maintaining compliance with established contracting processes and providing visibility throughout the contract lifecycle. The Contract Operations Manager will drive process improvements, optimize CLM and Salesforce workflows. This position operates as part of the Legal Department and partners closely with Sales, Finance, Service Delivery, Security, and Customer Success. 

The ideal candidate combines strong contract management experience with a process improvement mindset and the ability to build scalable, efficient contracting operations. 

How You Will Make An Impact 

Contract Lifecycle Management  

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for customer contracts, including SOWs, Change Orders, MSAs, service agreements, amendments, renewals, and related commercial documents. 
  
• Oversee contract intake, review, approvals, redline coordination, execution, retention, and archival. 
  
• Ensure contractual documentation is complete, properly approved, and consistent with established contracting standards and processes. 
  
• Coordinate effective handoff of executed contracts to downstream business teams. 
  

Contract Operations & Process Improvement  

• Reviewing Statements of Work and related commercial documentation for completeness, consistency, operational readiness, and compliance with approved contracting standards prior to execution. 
  
• Continuously evaluate and improve contracting workflows and partner with Legal, Sales, Service Delivery and other stakeholders to recommend and implement process improvements. 
  
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and cycle times. 
  
• Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve stakeholder experience. 
  
• Establish and maintain service-level expectations and operational controls. 

Governance & Cross-Functional Partnership  

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Legal, coordinating contract reviews, issue identification, risk escalation, and resolution of contractual matters. 
  
• Review and coordinate negotiation of customer MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and other commercial agreements, including identification and escalation of contractual, operational, and commercial risks in accordance with established approval processes and contracting guidelines. 
  
• Support approval matrices, playbooks, templates, and contracting standards. 
  
• Serve as a primary point of contact for contract process guidance and issue resolution. 
  
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Service Delivery, Security, and Customer Success to ensure smooth contract execution and operational readiness. 
  

Systems & Reporting  

• Serve as the business owner for contract lifecycle management processes and related systems. 
  
• Manage and optimize contract workflows within CLM and Salesforce platforms. 
  
• Maintain contract repositories, reporting, documentation standards, and data integrity. 
  
• Develop reporting that identifies bottlenecks and process inefficiencies across the contracting lifecycle. 

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop the Contract Operations team.
• Establish team priorities, workload management practices, and performance expectations.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer service.

What You Will Bring To The Table

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 
• 5+ years of experience in Contract Operations, Contract Management, Contract Administration, Legal Operations, or a related field. 
• Experience supporting technology services, managed services, outsourcing, cloud, cybersecurity, professional services, or consulting agreements. 
• Experience supporting customer contracts, SOWs, Change Orders, and commercial agreements. 
• Strong experience with Salesforce and contract-related business processes. 
• Experience working with or administering a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. 
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills. 
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. 

Preferred Qualifications  

• Experience with DocuSign CLM or similar CLM platforms. 
• Experience within a technology services, managed services, consulting, or SaaS organization. 
• Experience implementing workflow automation and process optimization initiatives. 
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflow and contracting solutions.

9 a.m to 6 p.m from Monday to Friday
