La posición tiene por objetivo: Liderar la transformación del modelo de calidad de software de la organización, definiendo estándares, implementando automatización de pruebas, incorporando el uso de inteligencia artificial y asegurando la validación integral de procesos de negocio que involucran múltiples sistemas. Nos orientamos a personas que cuenten con capacidad de análisis, solida toma de decisiones, autogestión, capacidad de adaptación, productividad y conocimiento técnico.
Definir modelo de testing transversal
Diseñar estrategia de automatización escalable
Identificar e implementar casos de uso de IA en testing
Diseñar y coordinar pruebas que involucren múltiples equipos (Pruebas Integrales)
Evaluar prácticas de testing en todos los equipos
Identificar riesgos y debilidades
Armar plan de implementación, para estandarizar la práctica, para automatizar, para incorporar la IA
Acompañar en el proceso
Medir los resultados
Requisitos Excluyentes:
5 años trabajando en el de Líder del proceso y/o promotor del cambio en lo referente a automatización e incorporación de IA. Ingeniero en Sistemas de Información o carreras afines. Especialización en Testing.
