Seleccionamos Senior Full Stack Engineer para Accusys , empresa líder en desarrollo y mantenimiento de software.
- Ubicación: CABA (preferentemente) o REMOTO en caso de residir fuera de la zona.
- Horario: jornada full time de lunes a viernes. Hibrido (3x2)
- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones full stack (frontend + backend) orientadas a productos basados en AI.
- Construir interfaces modernas e interactivas (React, Next.js u otros) para experiencias conversacionales y workflows asistidos por AI.
- Diseñar arquitecturas para aplicaciones basadas en LLMs y agentes.
- Construir y optimizar pipelines de interacción con modelos de lenguaje (prompting, evaluación, observabilidad, optimización de costos).
- Integrar APIs de modelos de lenguaje (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.) y servicios cloud.
- Implementar workflows de agentes y reasoning chains utilizando frameworks como LangGraph, LangChain u otros equivalentes.
- Diseñar e implementar APIs (REST/GraphQL) que conecten frontend con sistemas de AI.
- Desarrollar servicios escalables utilizando contenedores y prácticas modernas de despliegue.
- Colaborar con equipos de data, producto y plataforma para llevar soluciones de AI a producción.
- Promover buenas prácticas de arquitectura, testing, CI/CD y calidad de código.
- Mentorear a perfiles más junior dentro del equipo.
- Experiencia sólida en desarrollo full stack (Python + frameworks de frontend como React o similares).
- Experiencia construyendo APIs y sistemas backend escalables.
- Experiencia trabajando con modelos de lenguaje, LangGraph, LangChain o frameworks similares.
- Buen entendimiento de UX en aplicaciones AI-driven (chat, copilots, workflows asistidos).
- Experiencia con frameworks modernos como Next.js, Vercel, o arquitecturas serverless. (Deseable)
- Conocimientos en observabilidad de LLMs (tracing, evals, cost monitoring). (Deseable)
- Experiencia con bases de datos vectoriales (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.). (Deseable)
- Familiaridad con patrones de agentes, tool usage y memory en sistemas de AI. (Deseable)
