Commercial Operations Manager - (Portuguese & English Speaker)

As our Commercial Operations Manager - Brazil, your key objective will be to support our market growth, to quickly gain insight and knowledge about the specificity of the market, get acquainted with different stakeholders (located across offices in the world) and ensure you build the right foundations for scalability.

In essence, you will be placed at the centre of business communications, coordinating work between internal and external teams, and becoming an expert in affiliate marketing. Additionally, you would be encouraged to maintain long-term relationships with partners as communication with them is crucial for the business flow.

Your main responsibilities:

For this position, we would appreciate a person who is able to see the wider picture and understand the logic behind it. It is important to mention that you would be working in international business environment with your team supervisors being based in Europe, therefore, being independent will be greatly appreciated. The responsibilities are as follows:

  • Responsible for commercial operational aspects (including, but not limited to, account set up, creating and integrating tracking links, ordering content and updates, managing and coordinating campaigns, ensuring compliant implementation, reporting on performance)

  • Alignment with Business Owners & Commercial Managers in order to support the business strategy

  • Own the full overview of our local websites & media partnerships and understand their performance as those are our main assets

  • Collaborate closely with the wider Commercial Operations team based in Serbia to ensure a full understanding of our key markets, their legal requirements and the different development priorities

  • Awareness of the competitor's landscape and reporting to Commercial team in order to improve Better Collective’s current position

This is the ideal position for individuals with International management and similar backgrounds, who excel at strategy and working cross-functionally to execute integrated marketing campaigns and programs, and have a fair understanding of the digital environment and a desire to cement Better Collective position in the center of it all. With this in mind, we would like to encourage you to apply if you recognize yourself in most of the below:

Need to have:

  • Experience working with Partners and/or Account Management, Business Development, Sales or similar roles

  • Knowledge and experience working in igaming industry

  • Native Portuguese speaker and excellent English communication skills (B2+)

  • Ability to focus and work in a dynamic business environment

  • Experience working in a digital environment where you also feel comfortable

  • Motivated, team oriented and with strong work ethic

  • Very structured, good at prioritising tasks

We would love it if you also have (it would be considered an asset, but not mandatory):

  • You have a knack for numbers and an eye for spotting trends and discrepancies in data

  • Experience in Team's projects and ability to meet the defined team's goals & deadline and proven track record of delivering high quality work

  • Interest and/or experience with process of digital automatization

  • Familiarity with some of project management and CRM tools such as Trello, Jira, Salesforce

  • Enthusiasm for sports betting and sports in general
