• Leading, designing, and executing comprehensive testing strategies across the full software development lifecycle
• Ensuring delivery of high‑quality, stable, and reliable software across complex and multi‑module systems
• Driving the maturity of QA processes, standards, and best practices across teams
• Mentoring, coaching, and supporting QA team members, fostering growth and continuous improvement
• Defining test plans, strategies, and scopes aligned with product and delivery goals
• Designing, executing, and maintaining test cases across functional, integration, regression, and end‑to‑end scenarios
• Owning and maintaining regression test suites to ensure system stability and release confidence
• Applying different testing methodologies (white‑box, black‑box, grey‑box) based on system architecture and risk
• Actively contributing to test automation initiatives to improve efficiency, coverage, and feedback cycles
• Optimizing testing tools, frameworks, and workflows to support scalable QA operations
• Managing test cases, reusable test sets, and execution cycles using AIO Test Management integrated with Jira
• Analyzing complex defects, identifying root causes and patterns, and collaborating closely with Engineering and Product teams
• Evaluating and applying AI‑powered testing tools and techniques where relevant
• Considering AI/ML‑driven features when defining testing strategies, risks, and quality criteria
• Collaborating effectively with nearshore and onshore delivery teams to ensure alignment and transparency
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across quality, delivery, and team practices
