Qué buscamos
Buscamos un Project Lead qué será responsable de ejecutar proyectos de implementación end-to-end, coordinando equipos internos multidisciplinarios (Producto, UX, Desarrollo, QA y Soporte).Principales responsabilidades
- Planificar, ejecutar y dar seguimiento al cronograma, hitos y entregables del proyecto, identificando riesgos, dependencias y desvÃos, y definiendo planes de acción.
- Relevar las necesidades de negocio de los usuarios, interpretarlas y contextualizarlas , y elaborar documentación de especificación funcional.
- Asistir a las áreas usuarias en la atención de consultas y resolución de incidencias, gestionando su escalamiento cuando la complejidad de la solicitud lo requiera.
- Proponer y promover mejoras en los procesos, prácticas y dinámicas de trabajo del área.
- Gestionar la comunicación con el cliente, facilitando reuniones de seguimiento y elaborando reportes de estado.
- Asegurar que los entregables del proyecto cumplan con los estándares de calidad definidos.
Requisitos
- Formación universitaria en carreras relacionadas con Sistemas, Informática o afines (excluyente)
- Experiencia previa ejecutando proyectos de software y/o tecnologÃa (excluyente)
- Inglés de nivel intermedio (lectura, escritura y comunicación) (excluyente)
- Muy buenas habilidades de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders (excluyente)
- Capacidad analÃtica, organización y trabajo efectivo en equipo (excluyente)
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos en simultáneo (excluyente)
- Conocimiento de metodologÃas de gestión de proyectos (ágiles, hÃbridas o tradicionales).
- Conocimientos en bases de datos relacionales y SQL.
