Graphic Design Sr

En Elevva buscamos personas que quieran construir algo grande.
El rol de Sr Designer será responsable de garantizar la correcta implementación visual y operativa de la marca. Esta persona será clave para dar soporte a la organización con foco en Social Media en un entorno dinámico y de rápido crecimiento.
Trabajará en un entorno dinámico, regional y de alto crecimiento, donde la velocidad y la precisión importan.
Buscamos a alguien con mirada estratégica y foco en ejecución que sea práctico, flexible y orientado a la acción, que se sienta cómodo trabajando con múltiples prioridades, y transformando necesidades del negocio en soluciones concretas.
Responsabilidades
- Diseñar y adaptar key visuals para campañas, lanzamientos y always on.

Adaptar piezas a múltiples formatos digitales (IG, TikTok, Paid Media, etc.)

Proponer y desarrollar calendarios y lineamientos visuales para redes sociales.

Ejecutar y cargar publicaciones en canales propios.

Diseñar piezas para email marketing y materiales de pauta.

Adaptar y editar materiales para fichas, tutoriales y lanzamientos con influencers/UGC.

Asegurar consistencia de marca en todos los mercados y puntos de contacto
Mejora y escalabilidad

Identificar oportunidades de mejora de procesos.

Automatizar tareas y elevar estándares.

Proponer soluciones basadas en datos.

Formación: Diseñador gráfico o carreras afines

Experiencia: + de 4 años en diseño digital

Manejo avanzado de herramientas de diseño, IA y edición (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Cap Cut, After Effects, Gemini)

Experiencia en estrategia y ejecución de redes sociales y pauta digital.

Criterio estético sólido y sensibilidad de marca.
-
Capacidad de organización y autonomía para manejar múltiples mercados.

Perfil proactivo, resolutivo y con buena gestión de stakeholders.
