Data AI Engineer

Buscamos AI Engineers Ssr/Sr para sumarse a un equipo orientado al desarrollo e industrialización de soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial .
El rol combina AI + Software Engineering , participando en todo el ciclo de vida de las soluciones: experimentación, desarrollo, integración y despliegue en ambientes productivos.
- Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones de IA aplicadas a casos de negocio .
- Trabajar con modelos de NLP, Computer Vision y LLMs .
- Entrenar, evaluar y optimizar modelos de Machine Learning / Deep Learning.
- Integrar modelos de IA en APIs y microservicios .
- Desarrollar con Python , aplicando buenas prácticas de ingeniería, testing y documentación.
- Implementar soluciones utilizando Docker y desplegarlas en entornos cloud/contenedores.
- Trabajar junto a equipos de Arquitectura y MLOps en soluciones escalables, observables y mantenibles.
- +4 años de experiencia combinando IA aplicada y desarrollo de software en ambientes productivos.
- Sólida experiencia en Python.
- Experiencia con librerías/frameworks como scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face y/o LangChain.
- Experiencia en NLP, Computer Vision y/o clasificación.
- Conocimientos prácticos de LLMs, APIs, embeddings, vector stores y fine-tuning.
- Experiencia desarrollando APIs con FastAPI, Flask o similares.
- Conocimientos de Docker, Git y CI/CD.
- Buenas bases de arquitectura de software, patrones de diseño y SOLID.
- Experiencia trabajando en equipos ágiles y multidisciplinarios.
Será un plus
- Experiencia con OpenShift (OCP) y/o AWS.
- Experiencia con MLOps.
- Experiencia en despliegue y automatización de pipelines.
- Experiencia industrializando soluciones de IA en ambientes corporativos.
