¡Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona para sumarse como Customer Experiencie a nuestro equipo!
Su objetivo será garantizar la satisfacción de los clientes de nuestros portales en toda la región
Responsabilidades
- Atender consultas entrantes de clientes a través de diversas plataformas.
- Realizar análisis, gestión, registro y seguimiento de cuentas y casos.
- Detectar errores y reportarlos internamente para su resolución.
- Utilizar herramientas como CRM/Salesforce para la gestión de contactos.
- Colaborar con otras áreas de la compañía en pos de mejorar la calidad del servicio.
¿Qué esperamos del perfil?
- Excelente manejo de relaciones interpersonales.
- Habilidades comunicacionales claras y empáticas.
- Capacidad analítica para comprender y resolver problemas.
- Vocación por la calidad en la atención al cliente.
- Actitud colaborativa, dinámica y proactiva.
- Buena organización y disposición para el trabajo en equipo.
Para eso necesitamos que cuentes con:
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares (call center, ecommerce, clasificados online, editorial u otras con foco en atención y reclamos).
- Manejo de Excel básico.
- Conocimiento de CRM o Salesforce (deseable).
- Manejo de videollamadas vía Google Meet o Microsoft Teams.
- Estudios: secundario completo y nivel superior iniciado, preferentemente en carreras vinculadas a gestión, administración o atención al cliente.
El lugar de trabajo es en nuestras oficinas que se encuentran en Parque Patricios / Palermo bajo esquema híbrido!
