Finance Customers Analyst, Proficient in English

Position available for candidates based in La Plata, Bahía Blanca, CABA, Córdoba, Rosario, or Mendoza.

Our financial consultants are key players in building long-lasting relationships with our customers, and they base their work on a profound understanding of their procurement processes and in a personalized treatment of their accounts.

Your challenges and objectives:

• Navigate complex enterprises, quickly gaining comprehension of their administrative and procurement needs, and how we can meet them with our internal organization.
• Use your insight to assess our customers in relation to the order/billing process. This includes proposing possible solutions for situations with no pre-established answer.
• Add value to customer processes, so that they can evolve as a valued partner.
• Maintain Avature’s world-class reputation, with high standards of quality and speed in every interaction.
• Gain a deep knowledge of our Finance Customers process and interact with a variety of internal teams, e.g. Sales, Sales Engineering, Legal, Accounting, Account Management and Consulting.

Your day-to-day activities:

• Be the main point of contact for customers’ financial inquiries, keeping communication clear and engaging.
• Interact with our internal teams to review each customer account.
• Be responsible for end-to-end sales/billing processes, all through order and invoice creation, to go-live tracking and collections.

• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical and collaborative mindset.
• Autonomous, organized, self-motivated and proactive.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Orders, Billing & Collections
