Apply now and be part of an unparalleled legacy in hospitality.***Key Responsibilities*** **Platform Administration:** Manage administrative functions including user provisioning, role and permission configuration, business unit setup, and security settings.* **Data Management:** Architect and maintain Data Extensions, attribute groups, and data relationships within Contact Builder. Write and optimize SQL queries to segment audiences and automate data imports/exports.* **System Integration:** Monitor and maintain Marketing Cloud Connect to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud) and Marketing Cloud.* **Campaign Support & Configuration:** Assist the marketing team with the technical configuration of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.* **Troubleshooting & Support:** Act as the first line of defense for platform issues, troubleshooting failed automations, email deliverability issues, and data sync errors.* **Governance & Compliance:** Enforce best practices for data hygiene, folder organization, and naming conventions.
