Analista de Performance & Growth Marketing

Importante empresa comercializadora de productos y maquinaria fitness se encuentra en búsqueda de un Analista de Performance & Growth Marketing para sumar a su equipo. Responsabilidades principales: • Ejecución y optimización de campañas de publicidad digital (Meta Ads, Google Ads y otras plataformas). • Análisis y seguimiento de indicadores de rendimiento (KPIs), identificando oportunidades de mejora. • Implementación de estrategias de Growth Marketing orientadas a la captación de clientes y al crecimiento de las ventas. • Administración y optimización del presupuesto publicitario, buscando maximizar el retorno de inversión (ROAS/ROI). • Análisis del comportamiento de usuarios y optimización de embudos de conversión. • Implementación de pruebas A/B para mejorar el rendimiento de campañas y acciones comerciales. • Elaboración de reportes de resultados y propuestas de mejora continua. Requisitos excluyentes: • Experiencia previa en posiciones de Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing o Marketing Digital. • Manejo intermedio-avanzado de Meta Ads y Google Ads. • Conocimiento de herramientas de análisis y medición como Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager y Looker Studio. • Capacidad analítica, orientación a resultados y experiencia trabajando con métricas de conversión, CAC, CPA y ROAS. • Manejo de Google Sheets. • Se valorará formación en Marketing, Comercialización, Publicidad o carreras afines. Lugar de trabajo: Villa Martelli. Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 9 a 18 hs. Esquema: Híbrido.
