???? Modalidad contractor Tareas: ???? Operaciones e Investigación de Cadena: Liderar la investigación, implementación y gestión operativa de nuevas redes blockchain, asegurando procesos de lanzamiento eficientes, pruebas exhaustivas y optimización continua del rendimiento y la fiabilidad de la cadena.
???? Soporte Avanzado de Web3: Abordar problemas complejos de Web3, incluyendo la realización de análisis exhaustivos, proporcionando dirección técnica en llamadas con clientes y liderando esfuerzos de remediación durante incidentes.
???? Monitoreo del Sistema y Habilidades Analíticas: Utilizar habilidades analíticas avanzadas y de panel, incluyendo competencia en herramientas como Grafana o DataDog, para monitorear el rendimiento y la salud del sistema.
???? Gestión de Procesos y SLA/SLO: Definir, hacer cumplir y asegurar que la organización cumpla con objetivos estrictos de SLO/SLA, contribuyendo a la salud y fiabilidad general de nuestros servicios de plataforma.
???? Colaboración y Soporte: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de Soporte L1 y otros equipos multifuncionales, fomentando un ambiente colaborativo para mantener la eficiencia del sistema. Requisitos: ???? Al menos 5 años de experiencia como Technical Operations, SRE o rol similar, con profundo entendimiento de sistemas Linux/Unix.
???? Experiencia en Blockchain y Web3, incluyendo la solución de problemas de respuestas JSON-RPC, análisis de registros de validadores y trabajo con fundaciones de cadenas directamente en la mejora del rendimiento de la red. (excluyente)
???? Experiencia en DevOps: Competencia en herramientas de automatización y gestión de configuración (por ejemplo, Ansible, Terraform, Consul), y en lenguajes de programación como Python, Go o JavaScript. Familiaridad con tecnologías de contenedorización como Docker y Kubernetes.
???? Habilidad en la optimización de sistemas.
???? Competencia analítica y en paneles: Experiencia demostrada en el uso de herramientas como Grafana o DataDog para análisis y monitoreo detallado del sistema.
???? Experiencia en SLA/SLO y gestión de incidentes: Capacidad comprobada para definir y adherirse a los objetivos de SLA/SLO, junto con una gestión eficiente de incidentes utilizando herramientas como PagerDuty.
???? Nivel de inglés avanzado (Excluyente)
