M365 Specialist

We are looking for an Exchange and M365 Specialist with experience in both On-premises Exchange and M365 environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Exchange 2019 as well as Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. This role involves managing high availability, security, and implementing hybrid solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Exchange 2019 and M365 Administration:

Manage and maintain On-premises Exchange 2019 and M365 environments, ensuring optimal system performance.

High Availability:

Implement and manage Database Availability Groups (DAG) to ensure high availability of Exchange 2019.

Hybrid Mail Flow:

Configure and maintain hybrid mail flows, including managing Edge Servers and email security.

Patching and Updates:

Plan and execute patches and updates for Exchange, ensuring system security and functionality.

Client Connectivity:

Provide support and resolve issues related to client connectivity to Exchange and M365 services.

Scripting and Automation:

Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

5-10 years of experience in managing Exchange 2019/2016 (On-premises) and M365 (Exchange/Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint).
Certifications:

Certifications in M365, Exchange, or SharePoint are an added advantage.
Technical Skills:

Strong experience in scripting and PowerShell.
