Hard Service Supervisor

MB Consultora de RRHH se encuentra en la búsqueda de un/a Hard Service Supervisor para incorporarse a las oficinas de una importante empresa del sector tecnológico, ubicadas en Puerto Madero, CABA .
Misión de la posición
Será responsable de gestionar y supervisar técnicamente los servicios de mantenimiento e infraestructura del edificio, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones, el cumplimiento de los programas de mantenimiento y la adecuada gestión de proveedores y contratistas.
Principales responsabilidades
• Gestionar y realizar el seguimiento de los servicios de mantenimiento e infraestructura.
• Coordinar y supervisar programas de mantenimiento preventivo (PPM).
• Supervisar proveedores y contratistas.
• Realizar seguimiento de activos y mantenimiento correctivo y reactivo.
• Analizar infraestructura crítica e identificar oportunidades de mejora.
• Participar en la implementación de estrategias de mantenimiento predictivo y centradas en la confiabilidad.
• Elaborar informes de gestión y realizar seguimiento de indicadores.
• Mantener comunicación fluida con clientes, proveedores y diferentes stakeholders.
• Graduado/a o estudiante avanzado/a de Ingeniería Mecánica, Electromecánica o Eléctrica.
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en ingeniería, mantenimiento o Facility Management, preferentemente en edificios corporativos de más de 5.000 m².
• Inglés bilingüe.
• Sólidos conocimientos de HVAC e instalaciones sanitarias y mecánicas.
• Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos y gestión de contratistas.
• Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office.
• Conocimientos de AutoCAD, deseable.
• Capacidad analítica, organización, proactividad y orientación a la mejora continua.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
