As a Senior Software Engineer , you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Scope of Work

• Create Reinforcement Learning environments to evaluate AI on complex software engineering tasks.
• Contribute code samples, debugging strategies, and best practices in Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
• Fix bugs, implement new features, refactor legacy code, and optimize application performance.
• Document technical decisions and review code submissions to improve AI training quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Experience debugging, refactoring, and optimizing large codebases.
• Strong technical communication and documentation skills.
• Interest in AI is a plus (previous AI experience is not required).

• Compensation is output-based and paid per completed task that meets project requirements.
• Minimum weekly submission requirements apply.
• Immediate start. Most positions are filled within 48 hours, and selected candidates are expected to begin their first tasks within 24–48 hours after completing onboarding.
