Lead Analyst, Traceability and Labeling Controls

Lead Analyst role supporting serialization, traceability, and GS1 standards compliance across Johnson & Johnson's global supply chain. Manages cross-functional teams and oversees regulatory requirements translation, system implementations, and operational excellence for innovative medicine and medtech platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee base business team including direct management of contract and J&J resources
- Scope new and evolving regulatory and customer requirements, translating them into actionable compliance steps
- Serve as primary customer contact for traceability and labeling capabilities across supply chain partners and franchises
- Own and maintain performance dashboards and operational metrics for base business management
- Lead UAT/SIT activities and system deployments for regional or global customer rollouts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 5 years of professional experience, preferably in supply chain
- 3+ years leading or participating in large cross-functional projects
- Advanced English proficiency
- Expertise in Excel including macros, data validation, and scenario modeling
- Proven knowledge of serialization or GS1 standards
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or Excel)
