Financial Product Analyst Sr.

Buscamos un/a Financial Product Analyst Sr. para incorporarse a una importante entidad financiera de consumo masivo, liderando la definición y evolución de productos de Activos y Pasivos, con un rol estratégico entre el negocio y los equipos de IT.
Modalidad híbrida:
3 días presenciales en Martínez
2 días remotos
Tu misión:
Ser el referente de negocio para definir la lógica financiera, estructuras de costos, tasas, comisiones y reglas comerciales de productos bancarios, asegurando la correcta implementación en los canales digitales y operativos.
¿Qué desafíos tendrás?
Liderar el ciclo de vida de productos financieros.
Definir condiciones comerciales y financieras de productos activos y pasivos.
Analizar rentabilidad, márgenes y viabilidad económica.
Garantizar el cumplimiento normativo del BCRA.
Diseñar y validar flujos de negocio junto a áreas comerciales y de IT.
Monitorear la performance de los productos implementados.
Traducir necesidades de negocio en requerimientos funcionales para IT.
Asegurar la calidad e integridad de la documentación funcional.
¿Qué buscamos?
Graduados o estudiantes avanzados de Contador Público, Administración o carreras afines.
+5 años de experiencia en Finanzas dentro de Bancos o Financieras. (Excluyente)
Experiencia en productos activos y pasivos.
Conocimiento de normativa BCRA.
Experiencia en definición de flujos de negocio y lógica financiera.
Valoraremos experiencia en implementaciones de Core Bancario y conocimientos de Bantotal.
