Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist , you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional, personalized support across a variety of topics, including inquiries, orders, accounts, products, services, and general requests.

Through phone, email, chat, and digital channels , you will understand customer needs, provide effective solutions, and ensure a smooth experience from the first interaction to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Italian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
