CRM Functional Analyst - CPQ

We are seeking a CRM Functional Analyst with CPQ expertise to support the Silicon Expert business as part of the IT CRM Center of Excellence. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM and CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and COE standards.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and IT, owning requirements, functional design, testing strategy, and supporting successful adoption of Salesforce CPQ capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Silicon Expert business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear functional designs
• Lead CPQ-focused discovery , including pricing, product configuration, quoting, and approval workflows
• Document business requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable, out-of-the-box Salesforce CPQ solutions
• Support end-to-end delivery including UAT planning, test case creation, execution, and defect triage
• Ensure solutions align with CRM COE standards , governance, and long-term roadmap
• Provide ongoing functional support, enhancement analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations
• Support data quality, audit readiness, and documentation best practices
• Act as a trusted advisor to the business, guiding best practices and change adoption

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM , with strong functional analyst experience
• Hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience (configuration, pricing rules, product rules, approvals)
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements in stakeholder-facing roles
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification (or working toward it)
• Experience supporting B2B sales processes and complex pricing models
• Experience working in a global or regional COE model
• Prior experience working with nearshore teams (Mexico / LATAM)
