UX/UI Designer

¡Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a UX/UI Designer Senior para sumar al equipo de Negocio Consumer !
Principales desafíos
- Comprender problemas y necesidades de los usuarios junto con Producto y Tecnología.
- Diseñar experiencias end-to-end para aplicaciones móviles nativas y productos web responsive.
- Traducir requerimientos en journeys, flujos, wireframes, mockups y prototipos.
- Investigar y validar soluciones mediante pruebas de usabilidad, métricas y feedback de usuarios.
- Crear y evolucionar un design system que asegure accesibilidad, usabilidad y consistencia entre productos.
- Colaborar con Desarrollo durante la implementación y coordinar criterios de diseño con equipos internos y proveedores externos.

¿Qué perfil buscamos?
- Formación en Diseño Gráfico, Diseño Digital, UX/UI o disciplinas afines.
- Cuatro o más años de experiencia en diseño de productos digitales.
- Portfolio actualizado que permita conocer el proceso de diseño, las decisiones tomadas y el impacto logrado.
- Dominio de Figma.
- Experiencia diseñando aplicaciones móviles nativas para Android e iOS y productos web responsive.
- Conocimientos sólidos de UX, interacción, arquitectura de información, usabilidad y accesibilidad.
- Experiencia trabajando con equipos ágiles y utilizando inteligencia artificial aplicada al diseño y al prototipado.
