¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
- Atención de consultas de proveedores y usuarios relacionadas con datos internos del negocio.
- Análisis técnico y resolución de incidencias de mayor complejidad.
- Derivación y escalamiento de casos que requieran intervención del equipo de Desarrollo, incluyendo el correspondiente detalle técnico.
- Actualización y mantenimiento de datos cuando sea requerido.
