Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements

Research available options and services

Assist with accommodations, transportation, activities, and related arrangements

Coordinate booking requests and confirmations

Review reservation information for accuracy

Provide clients with relevant details and updates

Assist with changes and special requests

Maintain accurate client and booking documentation

Follow up when additional information is required

Communicate with service providers as necessary

Provide ongoing client support throughout the process

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organization and attention to detail

Previous booking, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
