Sr Android Developer

We are looking for an Android Software Engineer to join our team "VA''. You will be part of a multinational team and work alongside a pool of talented engineers, delivering excellent applications timely, pushing the boundaries of innovation in mobile, and reimagining it.

Responsibilities:

•  Understanding the project needs and work on achieving all assigned tasks in a clear and timely manner.
• Designing and building advanced applications for the Android platform.
• Teaming up with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Working with outside data sources and APIs.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Working on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Understanding client requirements and translate them into functional applications.
• Staying curious and up to date with the latest industry trends in mobile technology.

Requirements:

• Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree.
• 5 years of experience in designing and building Android mobile applications using Kotlin.
• Good understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Proven work experience in software development.
• Delivery oriented and multi-tasking person.
• Excellent analysis, technical design, development and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of OOP and design patterns.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in the Agile software development process.
