Role responsibilities

• Responsible for developing accounts in large customers, recognizing business needs and designing the solution, generating benefits for the customer's business and for Valtech.
• Will collaborate with the Growth and Strategy team, so that the company's OKRs are achieved and exceeded.
• Use Valtech's services to build and present solutions tailored to the client's needs, through critical thinking, research and analysis.
• Lead and collaborate with the development of go to market strategy.
• Deeply understand customers to intimately articulate (through primary and secondary research) the customer's business goals and key performance indicators.
• Lead and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to produce value models and revenue-generating insights that positively impact and drive the client's business.
• Will need to have a up-to-date portfolio of clients and prospects.
• Identifying opportunities and routing them to specialized teams.
• Scheduling meetings and presenting services.
• Build solutions and proposals focused on results for the client, using web and data analytics to measure results and ROI (must).
• Tracking Client NPS and Crisis Management.
• Understanding customer needs and developing solutions using AI.
• Write and present experience debriefs, gap analysis, competitive assessments, customer journeys to provide solutions to support key marketing initiatives.
• Work on approaches and produce solutions supported by research and trends.
• Identify the trends and technologies that shape the future of consumer behavior and be able to understand how these trends may influence future consumer behavior.

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• More than 5 years of experience in digital agency or digital marketing and technology consulting.
• A utonomy in developing technical and commercial proposals.
• Proven track record for conducting senior level interviews and facilitating group discussions/work sessions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to write briefly while being engaging.
• E xperience using AI in everyday tasks ( Claude and Copilot minimun ).
• Use of tools (Salesforce, Sales Navigator) .
• PowerPoint presentations. Domain of the business structure.
• Advanced Spanish skills.
• Advanced English skills.
• Problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Interpersonal and managerial skills.
• Facilitation and observation skills.
• Analytical and investigative skills.
• Ability to understand (and break down) the big picture of a problem.
• Good command of spoken and written communication.
• Availability to travel.

Nice to have qualifications

• Solid knowledge of data and process modeling (plus).
