MARKETING SPECIALIST

Liderar la ejecución y seguimiento de la estrategia de marketing en Perú, en sus frentes de branding y performance. Coordinar campañas, influencers, eventos y activaciones, asegurando su calidad y cumplimiento. Analizar resultados y proponer mejoras que fortalezcan el posicionamiento de la marca y contribuyan a la generación de reservas
Descripción del puesto:
- Implementar las acciones definidas por la Head of Brand & Experience, adaptándolas a las necesidades y prioridades del mercado peruano..
- Gestionar el calendario de campañas y lanzamientos, coordinando plazos, entregables y pendientes con los equipos de diseño, brand y performance.
- Planificar y coordinar eventos, activaciones y acciones BTL, gestionando proveedores, negociaciones, presupuestos y calidad de los entregables.
- Gestionar colaboraciones con influencers y creadores de contenido, desde la negociación y elaboración de briefs hasta la publicación y seguimiento de resultados.
- Monitorear y analizar indicadores de marketing, elaborando reportes y proponiendo mejoras para optimizar las campañas.
Requerimientos:
- 3 a 5 años de experiencia en marketing, branding, influencer marketing o marketing digital, ejecutando campañas y acciones de posicionamiento de marca.
- Gestión integral de influencers y creadores de contenido, desde la identificación y negociación hasta la ejecución de campañas y medición de resultados (indispensable).
- Planificación y ejecución de eventos y activaciones de marca, incluyendo gestión de presupuestos y coordinación con agencias, proveedores y aliados estratégicos.
